How to Rename “My Dashboard” in OBIEE?

Follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to OracleBI/web/msgdb/l_en/messages
2. Locate “uimessages.xml” xml file.
3. Open it either in notepad or as a xml file.
4. Search for My Dashboard tag.
5. It will appear like this.
   <WebMessage name="xxxxxxxxxxx">
   <TEXT>My Dashboard</TEXT>
   </WebMessage>
6. Rename "My Dashboard" name to the required name you want to appear.
7. Save the file.
8. After that Restart Presentation Service.
